Contours V:  Aspect*

 

This work was composed as a triptych (three related panels) to provide additional interest to the viewing experience far beyond that created by its interesting, three-dimensional surface.  Ruddy shades of russet wind gently throughout the three canvases, gliding effortlessly amid hues of topaz, ecru, and punctuated with slate, to form an earthy palette. In trademark style, BWPryor imbues these three canvases with her unmistakable tactile quality to add visual interest to this work's calming, natural presence.
